Great place to visit, lots to see. The Albert dock is a nice place to walk around. Museums are well worth a visit. And if you have time, take a trip on the ferry, it's a great experience. Plus, if you fancy a bite to eat, there are plenty of restaurants. Plus, it's only a stones throw from the city centre.

Great place to visit, various shops, restaurants and museum, great food and drink at the pumphouse, various bus trips for the city and a beatles tour, ride the big wheel for fantastic views of the waterfront area and beyond,trips on the ferry on the mersey also found here, a must visit area when you visit Liverpool!!

The promenade has such great energy! Beautiful view of museums, buildings and the Mersey. Lots of shops and eateries - both sit down and food trucks. The number of locks along the water was also impressive. A great place to visit and stroll when in Liverpool. We parked across from the Beatles Story museum and then walked along the water to the Mersey ferry terminal (and back). Highly recommend.
